Valley View and Sunset Deck are two mirror-image cabins situated approximately 100m apart from each other overlooking sweeping views of the valley below and mountains around. Private enough for each to be their own secluded get-away yet close enough for a group to book out both cabins. The cabins are identical in layout and furnishings, with each cabin comprising of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests. The first bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The living area features a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, while the unit features a fully equipped kitchenette with a gas stove and microwave. Step onto the private deck to take in sweeping views of the surrounding mountains, light a fire under the open sky, or let the day fade away in the warmth of your wood-fired hot tub. A private little cabin almost on the water, made for two. Tucked into the edge of a lush small farm dam, The Little Lakehouse is a peaceful off-grid escape for two — a place to slow down, switch off and enjoy a little time away together. Spacious and thoughtfully designed, the cabin opens onto a private deck with the water right in front of you. Spend slow afternoons on the deck, enjoy a braai overlooking the dam or soak in the hot tub beneath the Eastern Cape sky. As the evenings cool, gather around the outdoor fire pit or curl up beside the indoor fireplace — especially cosy on crisp winter nights. Secluded and surrounded by nature, The Lakehouse is wonderfully uncomplicated — just the two of you, the farm and the sounds of the countryside around you.
